The student council really enjoyed their recent GOAL workshop on drought and migration in Ethiopia.
They learned a lot about the work GOAL do in response to emergency situations around the world and participated in some interesting activities to help them understand how it feels to live in a developing country.
The Student Council are proud to say that Donore NS has now earned GOAL’s Humanitarian School Award for the first time and hope to continue supporting worthy causes like JerseyDay next year.
